Experiential philosophy workshop | On moral impossibility and being animals

This highly interactive workshop will employ techniques from theatre and performance to explore philosophical questions about moral impossibility. Participants will immerse themselves into a fictional situation that tests their thinking process, imagination, and intuitions. No background in drama nor philosophy is required, just open-mindedness and curiosity. Be prepared to be challenged and engaged! Extracts from films about how we live with other animals will be shown. We will raise questions about humanity, animality, habit, and transformation. The workshop will be led by drama expert Evie Filea, and followed by a discussion led by philosopher Dr Silvia Caprioglio Panizza and filmmaker Veronika Janatková. At the end, there will be time to chill and chat with some refreshments.
